Nancy Martins
PRESIDENT
In her 28 years of construction experience, Nancy has both been on the administrative, and project management side of projects. As a project manager, she has many years’ experience running multiple projects from estimating to closeout. Her years as a project administrator have given her heavy exposure to the day to day running of a business. She is willing to do what it takes to complete the job correctly, on time, and within budget. She brings all these skills together as President of East End Solutions. She is a hands-on individual who is committed to and works tirelessly to achieve the successful completion of her client’s projects. She works synergistically with clients and owners to find acceptable and often customized solutions for projects and completion dates. As a result, she has formed solid, long-lasting relationships with both General Contractors and City Agencies in the area.
Joe Martins
Director of Operations
Joe Martins has over 40 years’ experience as a Project Manager managing and overseeing large and complex projects. He has a reputation within the industry for high-quality standards and on-time completions for a diverse range of private and public agencies. Joe has vast experience setting up and managing in-house steel manufacturing operations. He is a master of custom design and planning and through his guidance, East End Solutions has a track record of completing many complex & time-sensitive projects at once and on time He currently manages a full shop of fabricators, .and continually finds innovative solutions to issues that may arise during construction, or to adjustments that clients need to integrate into existing designs. In the field, Joe has developed a reputation as the man who gets things done, and many Architects and Designers, often reach out to him to help with the design, budgeting, and procurement of upcoming projects.

We are a family-owned business specializing in the manufacturing and installation of custom steel and site renovation projects across NYC metropolitan areas. Under the leadership of East End’s President Nancy Martins, the company has progressed to over 30 employees and is well-respected throughout NYC’s construction industry. Nancy Martins and her team oversee all aspects of the business, including operations, project planning, site plan logistics, cost estimating, critical path scheduling, value engineering, review contractor and subcontractor qualifications, monthly cost updates, and preliminary schedules.
The East End Solutions team has over 100 years of combined experience as a general contractor in high end, public, private, and commercial construction projects.
Some of the agencies we work with include but are not limited to, the DEP, the NYCDPR, the EDC, the MTA, the DDC, the FDNY, the FAA, and ConEd.
